Save the date for the 2010 Annual Giant Pumpkin Carve!

New events add to the festivities when giant pumpkins, carved by professional and amateur artists will once again rule the night during the 14th Annual Giant Pumpkin Carve to benefit Meals on Wheels. The event opens on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 5 to 9:30 p.m. at the Salem County Fairgrounds on Route 40 in Pilesgrove Township. Click here for more information about the Giant Pumpkin Carve.

Meals on Wheels hires new director

Peg Marshall has accepted the position of Executive Director of Meals on Wheels. She began working on September 1. She will be the third person to lead MOWSC since the program began in 1977. Anne Henky was the first director to work for MOWSC, followed by Sharron Sparks Boyle in December 1990.
